Of course, it is not an economical choice to place a small order of frames. 4) Do you offer other paintings not displayed on your website ? Sure. We only upload about 3000 sample pictures on our website. In our picture source, we collected huge quantity of original pictures that exceeding 10,000 pieces. You can sent your preferred pictures by email to place order. Additionally, we can also paint oil painting from any of your photographs. 5) Is this business compliance to copyright legal? Pleas don't worry about legal confusion. We stress all the paintings are reproduction not a original one. The cheap price just reflect this point. For the copyright purpose, we reproduce the paintings paint by the artist who must have died at least 50 years ago. 6) What is the order placing procedure? For oil painting reproductions, you can choose pictures from our online gallery and write down the item no. Just let me know your choice we will arrange your order upon receiving your payment. Your own pictures are available. For picture frames, choosing the Sino-Art item from our catalogue or sent us your customization are OK with us. The 30% of total amount is required to prepaid for us starting producing. 7) How are the products shipped ? To save the shipping cost and delivery time for our customers, we sent the paintings by International express company such as DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT. The paintings are packed by cardboard postage tubes. The frames are shipped by sea line in container. 8) Is your payment methods convenient? We maintain many payment channels for our customers. You can remit the payment directly to our account in USA or choosing Paypal at your convenience. At same time, the service from Bank Of China is secure and quick. 9) How long does it take for finishing our order ? Oil painting order-it takes about 12 days with a little fluctuate by your ordering quantity. Picture Frames order--it will finished within 45 days from you order confirmation. 10) What happens if I'm not satisfied ? To make your order completely risk-free, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your painting, you can return the painting to remake on free.
